Our Mission
audhdtest.org exists to make neurodivergent screening accessible to everyone, regardless of location, language, or financial means. We believe that understanding your neurocognitive profile is the first step toward getting appropriate support. Too many people go undiagnosed simply because they lack access to screening tools — we aim to change that.
Scientific Methodology
Our screening combines two internationally validated instruments to assess both autism and ADHD traits in a single session:
AQ-10 (Autism Spectrum Quotient — 10 items): Developed by the Autism Research Centre at Cambridge University. It has a sensitivity of 0.88 and specificity of 0.91, making it one of the most reliable brief autism screening tools available. Clinical cutoff: 6/10.
ASRS-5 (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale for DSM-5): Developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). With an AUC of 0.94, it provides excellent discrimination for adult ADHD. Clinical cutoff: 14/25.

This tool is completely free to use — no account required, no payment, no data selling. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that do not track individual users. Our goal is public health, not profit. The screening is available in 12 languages to serve a global audience.
