audhdtest.org provides a free online screening tool that combines the AQ-10 (Autism Spectrum Quotient) and ASRS-5 (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale) validated instruments. The screening consists of 16 questions and generates an automated interpretation of your responses. Results are provided instantly and can be accessed via a unique results link.

3. Medical Disclaimer

This screening tool is for informational and educational purposes only. It does NOT constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment. The results are based on validated screening instruments but should not replace professional clinical evaluation. Only a qualified healthcare professional can diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained from this screening.

4. User Responsibilities

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide honest responses to the screening questions — the accuracy of your results depends on the honesty of your answers. audhdtest.org and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the screening tool. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the screening results for any individual case. The screening instruments used have known sensitivity and specificity rates documented in peer-reviewed research, but no screening tool is 100% accurate.
